After having a good look around the website, we expect you may have some questions. We're happy for you to pick up the phone to have a chat or for you to drop us an email with any questions you may have.

However, in the meantime here's a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) which may help to answer

some of the questions you may have.

General

What are the different backdrops you offer?

​

We have 3 different backdrops to choose from for most of our studio sessions. You have the option of:

​

  • Monochrome - Our most popular background. You will have a selection of different coloured, plain paper backdrops, white, grey or black.

  • Boho - This backdrop is full of textures against a cream neutral paper backdrop.

  • White bed - Our airy white bed backdrop allows you to sit on an air mattress to create a comfy and cosy vibe for your photoshoot.

You we be able to view example photos of these backdrops prior to your shoot in order for you to make the decision.

Do you have parking and wheel chair access?

​

Yes! We have parking available right in front of the building. Our main studio is located downstairs, which is perfect for wheelchair access. Our viewing room and newborn studio is located upstairs, however we will be able to adjust this if required.

What if I want more than 10 images from my session?

​

No worries, we have got you covered! We will be editing 25 images for you to look at in your viewing session. If you can't possibly decide on just 10 images or simply want them all, you can do! You can purchase all 25 images in colour and black and white which will be put on to your copyright free USB stick. This would only be an extra £100.

Will you travel to me?

​

Yes of course! We can go to any location, no matter where it is! However, we do have a travel fee of 45p per mile after a 25 mile radius from our studio in Bourne.

How long do you keep the photos from my session?

​

We will keep your images from your session for 30 days following your photoshoot. After the 30 day period we will delete your images which you haven't chosen or ordered.

When do I pay for my session?

​

We will take a deposit in order to secure your session. The rest of the balance will be due on the day of the session. We are able to take cash, debit or credit card or bank transfer. We do not accept cheques. Please note you will not receive your images until your balance is paid.

Am I able to rescheduled my session?

​

We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens so we will allow you to reschedule your appointment without any fees, but we will only let you do this for up to 2 occasions. If you need to reschedule for a 3rd time your deposit will be lost and you will be asked to pay another deposit to secure your new session.

What do I get with my USB stick?

​

After your session you will receive a beautiful branded box containing your USB stick. You will also receive 2 complimentary 8x6 prints chosen by your photographer (their favourite snaps of the session). In the box you will find some more information on how to extend your experience with our stunning print and frame packages.

What is your deposit policy?

​

When confirming your booking we will ask for a £50 deposit or £10 for open day events in order to secure your session. The deposit will be taken off your total balance which will be due on the day of your session. All deposits are non-refundable, however we will allow you to transfer your deposit to another booking. Your session will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

What shall I wear for the session?

When you book your session you will receive a confirmation email. In this email will be a short guide which will give you some information on how to prepare for your session, this will include advice on what to wear for your session and how to make your photos look amazing!

Can we bring extended family to watch or be involved in the session?

​

Of course you can! Nan's, Grandpa's, Aunts and Uncles, siblings and even the dog are more than welcome to come along and join us. Please do let us know in advance if there will be a large group attending the session so that we are prepared for the chaos!

How do I prepare my dog for its session?

​

Do I have to book my newborn session in between feeds and changing?

​

We will let you decide on when you think it's a good time for your newborn. However, we do allow plenty of time during your session for feeding and changing your baby, so there are no time restrictions.

Do you have baby changing facilities?

​

Yes we have a baby changing table so that you can comfortably take care of your little one's requirements

Do you have changing rooms?

 

Yes we have a changing room where you can leave your outfits. In there you will find a large mirror to do touch ups, complimentary toiletries and clothes hooks to store your clothes neatly between outfit changes

What if the weather is bad for my location shoot?

​

Don't worry if the weather changes for your location session. Sadly it's the only think we can't control! We can give you the opportunity to move your session to another day or do your session in the studio if you prefer. Alternatively embrace the English weather, umbrella's make great props!
